Yay! Exam is over!

I am taking Certificate for Teaching Methodoly and Facilitation Course with Perdaus, at MDIS Stirling road campus.

On the first day of lesson, I had a nervous break down while on the way to class... I felt so scary about teaching... although I had made up my mind that I should do my best since Allah has chosen for me this path.

Seeking knowledge is compulsory in Islam and I love to learn more about Islam. But the more you learn, it's a responsibility to spread the knowlegde that Allah has given me. So teach. But I am not a qualified teacher, I am not trained in this field. Ustadz Ahmad Jelani is so nice to ask sis Safiah (a school teacher) to train us to teach Taisir. (I already taught one class in year 2005) Still, the confidence is not there. I am afraid I don't have much quality of the Adab of our Prophet, I have to be careful all the time like what I say, be humble, be sincer, be truthful, cannot tell lies... always remember to quote from the Quran and Hadith for the benefit of the students... etc.

So I went to a lot classes to upgrade myself and eventually, my hubby, now in Diploma in Islamic Studies (Perdaus) made me landed in Certificate in Teaching Methodology. Alhamdulillah, I attended this course with cold sweat on the way to class on the first day, but I left the class smiling.

But I was later stressed again with my project plus a 5-min slide presentation. I spent weeks in preparing the format, and emailed my leacturer Bibi Jan whether my project met the requirement. On the Written exam day, I was still working on the project none stop, and shhhhs... I didn't read for my exam... Finally, I managed to finished the project and handed in at the same day of my presentation.

My classmates asked whether I was having cold sweat as I was the first to present on the 2-day presentation. I told them "Not at all" because I was so stressed for the past few weeks, so I really looking forward to end it the soonest...

So... I am SO RELAX now!

Haa haa ha...

For my dear classmates who have not finished your assignment, it's your turn to stress now heeheehe... *blink*

Nay, you guys and gals shouldn't have problem like me... I am not used to doing project, that's why I was so panicky while doing it. Looking forward to see all of your presentations and your marvelous projects!

Sis Safiyyah Wedding Photos 2

Sis Saffiyyah Teo's wedding

Sis Safiyyah, also a Chinese, had her solemnisation on 10 August 2006, after National Day.

My hubby Rosman and I were there since 9.10 am. After the solemnisation, they had photo-taking session, and later went to the Fort Canning Park for the couple's photos taking.

Hubby left to work, while I received a call at the ROMM to freelance at Saatchi and Saatchi that day, Alhamdulillah.

May Allah bless their union with Taufik and Hidayah, with bountiful of Rizeki, Ameen.
